TROSA is an innovative, multi-year residential program that empowers people with substance use disorders to be productive, recovering individuals by providing comprehensive treatment, experiential vocational training, education, and continuing care.
Several TROSA residents graduate from the program every quarter, and they hold a graduation exercise in their gymnasium. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, they are only allowed to have relatively few people in the gym, so they spread the audience out to several of their other buildings. Also, many family members weren't able to attend, many are from out-of-State.
The attendance restrictions also forced them to split the most recent graduating class into two consecutive Sundays. The folks at TROSA brought us in to set up a webcasting package so the graduation could be viewed on large screen televisions at each of the remote buildings, as well as a private channel online for web viewing.
