US Careers Online - Culinary Arts

In this episode of the US Careers Online series, we highlight the Culinary Arts Program at Alamance Community College.

We shot at ACC in their kitchen and classrooms, and the R&D Chef for Bonefish Grill was flown down for an interview at their North Hills restaurant in Raleigh, NC.

A video shoot at a live restaurant, or any live place of business is a challenge. Many companies will nearly or totally shut down a business for their shoot.

One of our differences is that we come in planning to NOT be disruptive. We took up one small table and booth area.
